மாத்தளை மாவட்ட செயலகம

பதிவு செய்ய விரும்பும் வழங்குனர்கள் ஒவ்வொரு பொருளுக்கும் தனித்தனியாக ரூ.300 என்ற அடிப்படையில் 2020.11.02 ஆம் திகதியிலிருந்து மாத்தளை மாவட்ட செயலகத்தின் எந்தவொரு பிரதேச செயலகத்திலும் வாரத்தின் கடமை நாட்களில் பி.ப. 3.00 மணிக்கு முன்னர் அலுவலக சிறாப்பரிடம் 2003-99-00 என்ற வருமான தலைப்பின் கீழ் பணம் செலுத்தப்பட்டு பெற்றுக் கொண்ட ரசீதினை சமர்ப்பித்து விண்ணப்பப் பத்திரத்தினைப் பெற்றுக் கொண்டு 2020.12.01 ஆம் திகதி அல்லது அதற்கு முன்னர்ää விண்ணப்பப் பத்திரத்தினை அனுப்பும் கடித உறையின் இடதுபக்க மேல் மூலையில.
“வழங்குனர்களை பதிவு செய்தல் 2021” எனக் குறிப்பிட்டு பெறுகைப்பத்திர கமிட்டி ää மாவட்ட செயலகம்ää மாத்தளை என்ற முகவரிக்கு பதிவு தபால் மூலமோ அல்லது மாவட்ட செயலகத்தின் கணக்குப் பிரிவில் கணக்காளரிடம் நேரடியாகவோ கையளிக்க முடியும். காசோலை அல்லது தபாலில் அனுப்பப்படும் மணிஒடர்கள் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்படமாட்டாது.
